What IS Included

This Casino Package for 200 – 250 Guests includes 5 Regular Blackjack Tables, 2 Regular Roulette Tables, 3 Regular Poker Tables, 2 Crown & Anchor Wheel, 1 Horse Race Wheel, 1 Car Race Wheel, and 1 XL Plinko. You will receive 15% off the games, and 15% off the Accessories too!   It includes all ACCESSORIES to run the Casino Tables.  If you think you might need more that what is offered here, you can always add this to the cart now.  You will receive 15% off of these 15 games.  Then go BACK HERE and add a singular game or whatever suits you.  Alternatively, you can look at a bigger package by CLICKING HERE.

What ISN'T Included

The follow things will be calculated in addition to the Package price, through the checkout process.

  1. Set up & Delivery & Pick up & Teardown:
    • After entering your Delivery Address in the checkout, it will automatically calculate this for you.
    • Starts at around $325.
    • Price depends on your location.
    • Delivery is a must with the Deluxe Tables.
    • If you want to save on the Delivery & Set up cost, then opt for our REGULAR CASINO TABLE PACKAGE where you can pick them up.
  2. Dealers:
    • These will be added in the Checkout.
    • Starts at $2850.
    • Price depends on your location.
    • These are optional but if you really want that Casino feel, then definitely splurge on our incredibly professional and fun Dealers!
  3. Total:
      • In total, you are looking at an extra cost of around at least $3175 added on to the Package price, once you get to the checkout.
      • The Delivery price might be more, the further away you are from us in Grimsby
      • The Dealer price might be more, the further away you are from Toronto (that is where most of them travel from)

How does this look after up to 250 people?

Let us explain!

  • Each Blackjack seats 7 (5 tables = 35)
  • Each Roulette can house 6 people at a time (12)
  • Each Poker can seat 9 (27)
  • Each Wheel looks after 6 (24)
  • Plinko can do 1 at at time (1)
  • Total: 99

So 99 people can play at any given time, however it is unlikely that ALL of your guests will play at the same time, if at all.  Out of those 99 possible players, up to another 151 people will be socializing, getting drinks, eating, watching others play, smoking, etc. A good rule of thumb is that 40% of people will be playing at any given time.  40% of 250 people is 100. So for 200-250 guests, this is a great package option.

How Should I Run My Casino Night

As each of your guests arrive, you will need to give them something, in order for them to play.  They will receive a chip, funny money, or raffle ticket for instance, and take this to the Dealer.  The Dealer will then take this from them and hand over some chips for them to being playing with.  Now they can start!

We encourage people to use our Blue Chips, which are included in your Package.  However, you can always opt for your own take on it.  Below we will explain how to use the Blue Chips, and also show you a few other options to consider.

Blue Chip: We use Blue because none of your games come with Blue Chips so they won’t get mixed up.  These are included in your Package.
