How is Delivery Calculated?

3 Methods to Calculate Delivery

• • Set up & Teardown
    • There is a $20 Set up fee/Teardown fee per game.  Once you select that you want this Delivered, it will add $20 per game.
  • Transportation Charge
    • In the checkout, you will enter in the Delivery Address.  Here it will calculate how many kms your Event is from our showroom in Grimsby.  We charge a minimum of $50, or $2.50 per km (which ever is more).
  • Obstacles
    • (see below)

Obstacles

We take a look at what we are walking into as you may incur extra charges for a difficult delivery.  If there are 2 flights of stairs to carry these games up, this will take a TON of extra effort, manpower, and time.  Some of these games weigh up to 100 pounds so these are the things we need to know in advance.  We have to plan accordingly for time, and send the correct personnel.  Here is a breakdown of the Obstacle Charges:

Stairs or Elevators

If we have 0-3 stairs to climb, there are $0 fees.

• • 1. 1 Flight of Stairs ($5)
    2. 2+ Flights of Stairs ($8)
    3. Escalator ($5)
    4. Elevator ($5)

Parking & Unloading

If we can do so at the Front Entrance, there are $0 fees.

• • 1. Loading Dock ($5)
    2. Parking Lot ($5)
    3. Street Parking ($5)

There are 3 things that we take into consideration when adding up your Delivery cost.  First let us say that it is worth every penny for you, as you don’t have to worry about finding a suitable vehicle, driving to our showroom to get it, pack it up, drive to the destination, unpack it, set it up, take it down, pack it up, drive it back to us, and unpack it for us.  That is a huge time saver for you and a lot less headache!  Note that you can click on one of these 3 links below for more info.
