Step 3: Book Pick up Time (before event)
If you want to book your Pick up time, you must first fill out this Security Deposit form. Scroll down to fill this out. Don’t forget to click on that drop down menu to select how big your order was.
If you need more info related to Security Deposits, please CLICK HERE. Basically, we do a pre-authorization on your credit card, and we hold this for 7 days from now. As long as there is no damage, this will be automatically released to you. It will show up on your account right now as a “Pending” charge. Just don’t lose or damage anything, and you will be fine!
